• We are committed to continuous improvement in our processes to manage safety, health and environmental performance.
• We will contribute to the continuity of our company by the systematic control, prevention and elimination of hazards. We will continuously work towards our goals of zero incidents and no damage to the environment.
• Our environmental polices and objectives will strictly adhere to all governing regulations, as a minimum.
• Support for Safety, Health and the Enviornment is a Line Manager's responsibility. We, therefore, require visible commitment, enforecement and resources to implement VNA's Operational Excellence policy.
• Safety is everyone's responsibility and we expect every employee to contribute to the prevention of accidents by reporting, analyzing and controlling Safety, Health and Enviornemntal Hazards. This will be supported by efficient and effective training programs as well as the development of annual SHE plans within all facilities of the company.
• We are committed to quality through operational excellence and have systems in place to monitor all incidents and take corrective action to achieve continuous improvement.
